Why Buy a Home Through Us?
Expert Properties offers unparalleled real estate knowledge, a team of experts, technical search tools, a unique relocation program and best of all, great listening skills.
Real Estate Knowledge
Our experience is vast and deep with over 30 years of combined real estate sales. Nothing builds knowledge faster than experience. We have helped our buyers navigate the waters of up and down markets, dealt with foreclosed properties sold by banks, HUD, Fannie Mae, worked through bankruptcy courts and more. Our negotiation skills are based on an understanding of both the Buyer and Seller and we successfully close most of our offers. We continue to get sharper with each transaction and we never stop learning.
A Team of Experts
Because we have a complete team, we can offer flexible hours and can show properties 7 days a week, morning to sunset. Our team also affords us a vast array of expertise so we can offer information in negotiations, renovation ideas, repairs, land development, the rental market, investment and retirement strategies, and even the best loan and escrow officers.
Rent While You Buy Program
We’re unique in our ability to provide our clients with furnished and unfurnished rental homes while working with them to purchase a home. You can choose from an array of unfurnished or furnished homes, studios, or cottages that are completely outfitted. Just walk in, turn on the TV, log onto the Wifi and make yourself at home. Once you’re settled in, we’ll begin our search for the perfect home, negotiate the best deal, then coordinate the move out of your rental home with the move in of your newly purchased home.
Southern Oregon Expertise
We love Southern Oregon and can tell you everything you want to know about it. The area offers many special towns and rural locations and we can tell you the advantages and disadvantages of each. Every year we canvas from the coast to the high mountains to publish a calendar of “Discovering Southern Oregon”; then, throughout the year, we email and publish to our website fun and interesting adventures for everyone in Southern Oregon.
Easy-to-use Website and Technical Tools
Our website is easy to navigate and mobile friendly with lots of property photos, descriptions, videos and maps and all can be viewed from your smart phone. It’s accurate and updated daily. You can set up emails to yourself of all the new properties on the market or we can customize a Client Portal where all of the new properties you may be interested in will be updated on your personal site.
Renovation and Repair Staff
Part of our team expertise comes from our past construction, development and renovation experience. So, if it’s renovation ideas that you need, we can help. Or if items come up during escrow that need repair, our maintenance department or our licensed, bonded, and insured contractors can help.
Listening Skills
Best of all, we listen to you! We hear what you say and we find the house that you want!
